Lent begins on Monday, March 3. This is a day of strict fasting (no meat, no dairy) for Byzantine Catholics. During the first week of Lent, there will be PreSanctified Liturgy on Monday (3/9), Wednesday (3/11), and Friday (3/12) at 6:00 p.m. There will also be Lenten Vespers on each Sunday during Lent at 3 p.m. Make this Lent a good and Holy Lent.
For this Jubilee Year of Hope proclaimed by Pope Francis, Holy Ghost has been designated by Bishop Kurt as a Pilgrimage Church. Come visit us!
Our weekend Divine Liturgy Schedule is Saturdays at 4 p.m., Sundays at 9 a.m.

Eastern Catholic Formation/ECF: Religious Education Classes
Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open! Classes are held on Sundays at 10: 15 till 11:00 a.m. and take place in the Holy Ghost classrooms of La Salle Academy. Classes will begin on Sunday, September 29. Please take this obligation seriously and put your child's religious education BEFORE all other activities. ECF not only teaches our children how to become closer to God through prayer, service, and knowledge, but it also teaches them what it is to be an Eastern Rite Catholic, and the beautiful traditions of the Byzantine Catholic Church. We welcome the opportunity to teach your child about his or her faith, and the ways of our beautiful Rite. Please know that we plan to hold in-person ECF classes in the fall.
